Being together to catch up and just do girl talk is what I was looking for. Olivia made that happen for me.  It doesn't sound like something you do a lot but Olivia came through.  

We had such a fabulous time.  Kali and Jenny were absolutely fantastic.  Made the entire experience perfect for us!  Made sure we received the facial and massages we wanted.  I think this is a service that is much needed.  Not very many places provide this dual service.  I plan on coming back here and do another spa day with my sister!!!

I just finished my 60 min massage with Crystal here at The Frey and let me tell you, it was hands down THEE best 60min massage I’ve had. I have been to about 10+ massage therapists over the years and haven’t walked out of a massage feeling THIS GOOD. Crystal was smooth with her hands, SMOOTH transitions, great support with her hands if moving your body, Crystal makes sure pressure is where you’d like and her energy is super calming and welcoming.
